BED & BREAKFAST RATES
Each room can be configured with a king bed or two beds- $120 to $150/day. Room rates are based on two people per room and vary based on seasonal availablilty. Please use the Availablity link above.
Extra child is $10, Extra adult is $20. Steelehad room has a fold-out futon for an extra bed.
Minimum 2 nights on Weekends from July 1st to November 15th, (Friday & Saturday night), unless only one night is available. Exceptions may be allowed depending on availability, please inquire.
Minimum 2 nights on Holiday Long-Weekends year-round, unless only one night is available. Exceptions may be allowed depending on availability, please inquire.
Pet Friendly- $15 per night. Please read our policy at the bottom of this page.

Optional Meal Plans- Because we have a shared guest kitchen and barbecues available, many guests opt to prepare their own meals. Because of this, we do not include Breakfast in our room rates and instead offer them a la carte.

Full Breakfast $15
Full Breakfast is served in the main kitchen with the best view of the Fraser River and comes with fruit, beverages, toast, hashbrowns and your choice of:
* Lil' Bear's Treat - Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Eggs Benedict
* Traditional Eggs Benedict- Poached egg, slice of ham on an English muffin, topped with Hollandaise sauce.
* Sunsrise Scramble - Eggs, sausage, mushrooms, onions and cheese.
* The Standard - Bacon or Sausage & eggs.
* Bear's Gone Fishin' - Two Specialty Ham, Cheese & Egg English muffins to go
Picnic Lunch $15
Whether you are hiking, fishing, golfing, our any other Fraser Valley activity, our Picnic Lunch comes with a piece of fruit, beverage, chocolate or granola bar and a sandwich of your choice:
Salmon, Tuna or Ham.
Dinner
We do not provide meal service after 11am, however you are welcome to use our facilities to prepare your own meals and snacks. As an alternative, we are just 10 minutes away from the City of Chilliwack, which offers a wide array of restaurants, grocery stores, butchers and liquor outlets. Many restaurants offer delivery service

SCENIC JET BOAT TOURS
   
  
All tours are conducted aboard a Governement Certified jet boat captained by a professional river guide. Boats range from 21' to 24', aluminium hulled jet-drive boats capable of speeds to 50mph in just inches of water. During the salmon migration in summer and fall you will witness hundreds of Bald Eagles and literally millions of fish scattering beneath the boat as you travel through a majestic watershed.
THE WORKS- 4 Hours
This is a fantastic way to see the real beauty our area has to offer. Tours leave from our property and then travel up the Fraser River and then up the Harrison River until you reach Harrison Lake.
We then cross the lake and dock at the Pier, where you are free to tour the quaint town of Harrison Hot Springs.
A shoreside barbecue lunch will be prepared alongside the river before your trip home. RATES: 6 People, $500. 4 People, $400. 3 People, $375. 2 People, $350. Please book in advance.
HARRISON HOT SPRINGS- 3 Hours
Includes a scenic trip up the Fraser and Harrison rivers, across Harrison Lake and arriving at the Pier in Harrison Hot Springs. Take an hour to walk around, go for lunch, or have an ice cream or coffee. Relax for the trip home! RATES: 6 People, $400. 4 People, $350. 3 People, $325. 2 People, $300. Please book in advance.
THE TEASER- 2 Hours
If you are looking to get a quick view of some of our fantastic scenery, the Teaser trip may be for you. This trip includes a scenic tour up the Fraser and Harrison River watersheds, a turnaround at Harrison lake and a stop along the river on the way home.
RATES: 6 People, $350. 4 People, $300. 3 People, $275. 2 People, $250. Please book in advance.

FISHING PACKAGES
Accommodation, Fishing & most Meals; we can take care of everything! One call does it all. Please contact us directly to book your fishing packages. You can check our online availability calendar to see if we have rooms available, however, guided fishing will need to be booked as well and is not available for viewing online.
STURGEON, SALMON, STEELHEAD & TROUT . GUIDED FISHING OR DO IT YOURSELF!
Guide boats can pick you up at our property, or park your own boat overnight on the banks of the Fraser River. No stays at local motels or wasted time driving and launching of boats. Instead, enjoy a second cup of coffee at the B&B Lodge while you read the morning paper and we will drive you down to the river in our utility vehicle just as your guide beaches the boat.
For those who choose do it themselves, we have the perfect central location for fishing. Just 5 to15 minutes will place you at any of the dozens of spots on the Vedder River, or simply fish the Fraser right from our property! We have maps and can help you get started.
Our B&B Lodge is the perfect location if you want to fish!

GOLF PACKAGES
Golf Packages include shared accomodation with 2 per room, Green Fees and Power Cart. Daily Breakfast and Lunch can be added for a nominal fee. Golf at SandPpiper includes scenic transportation via 21' Thunderjet aluminium jet boat right from our property with drop-off at the Sandpiper dock. Your cart will be waiting when you arrive.

Transportation to the falls is not included. (A 20 minute drive)
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking a room :
- To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% of your stay or 1 night, whichever is greater, is required.
- Deposits will be charged to a major credit card, which you will need to produce when paying the balance.
- For stays of three days or more, the entire balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
- We do not accept personal or business checks.
- Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is accepted, and a confirmation is sent to you.
For Bed & Breakfast bookings. Cancellations made:
- within 24 hours of booking, will be given a full deposit refund.
- with at least 30 days notice will be given a full refund less a 5% processing fee.
- with at least 14 days notice will be given a 50% deposit refund.
- with less than 14 days notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
- No shows will forfeit their deposit, PLUS the full amount for the entire reservation.
- The owner's reserve the right to adjust this policy on a case by case basis, our end goal is to be fair.
For Fishing Packages, large bookings, or stays of 1 week or more. Cancellations made:
- within 24 hours of booking, will be given a full deposit refund.
- with at least 45 days notice will be given a 75% deposit refund.
- with at least 30 days notice will be given a 50% deposit refund.
- with less than 30 days notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
- No shows will forfeit their deposit, PLUS the full amount for the entire reservation.
- The owner's reserve the right to adjust this policy on a case by case basis, our end goal is to be fair.
Policies:
- Check In: 4pm to 8pm
- Check Out : 11am
- Pet's are allowed but must be well behaved and kept under control at all times. Any discomfort to other guests will not be tolerated. The owner's have a dog that is large and very loud when people arrive (He takes is job seriously), but extremely friendly with absolutely no history of aggression.
- Smoking is permitted on outside decks, but absolutely forbidden indoors.
